Ингредиенты:
Бисквит:
— 6 яиц;
— 150 г. сахара;
— 125 г. муки;
— 25 г. какао – порошка;
— 5 г. разрыхлителя;
— 20 г. картофельного крахмала.
Сироп для пропитки:
— 100 г. сахара;
— 1 ч. л. какао – порошка;
— 90 мл. холодной обычной воды.
Творожно – сливочное суфле:
— 500 г. творога любой жирности;
— 200 г. сахарной пудры;
— 300 мл. сливок любой жирности (или сметаны);
— 20 г. желатина;
— 100 мл. молока;
— 10 г. ванильного сахара.
Также:
— 6 – 8 бананов (в зависимости от размера).

— 90 ml. cold ordinary water.
Cottage cheese and cream soufflé:
— 500 g. Cottage cheese of any fat content;
— 200 g of powdered sugar;
300 ml. cream of any fat content (or sour cream);
— 20 g. Gelatin;
— 100 ml. milk;
— 10 g. Of vanilla sugar.
Also:
— 6 — 8 bananas (depending on the size).
